What is AEOS?
AEOS is Keeley’s growth model designed to show every team member how to move from one career stage to the next — from Emerging to Operational to Strategic. It aligns development tools with what it takes to succeed and grow in your role, helping you take the guesswork out of your professional path.
As a team member begins their career growth journey, the "A" in AEOS — All Learners — ensures that everyone has a shared understanding of Keeley’s culture, expectations, and the KeeleyWay. It builds the foundation for learning, collaboration, and success across the entire organization.
AEOS is both a natural evolution and a strategic refresh of our People Development approach. While we’ve always encouraged growth, the absence of a formal structure made it hard to know what tools or learning were needed to move forward. AEOS now provides a clear, intentional path aligned to the needs of our growing company.
How it Works
At each AEOS career growth stage, you’ll find two things:
- Must-Haves: Core expectations, skills, and learning resources you need before you’re ready to grow.
- Accelerators: Optional tools and opportunities that can supercharge your growth and set you apart.

30/60/90 Day KeeleyU Academy Courses
Below you will find quick links to the KeeleyU Academy Courses you are required to complete in your first 90 days at Keeley.
Track your Learning Hours
Each team member across Keeley Companies is required to earn 40 professional development hours every year. Your KeeleyU Team will log all KeeleyU Academy and course hours. You are responsible for logging any hours outside of the KeeleyU Academy and course schedule. Unleash your full potential and log your hours today.
KeeleyU has three ways to earn Learning Credits.
1. Attend or Complete any KeeleyU Course
Whether you attend a live session, or complete a self-paced course, once you complete the course survey, KeeleyU will upload your training credits for you.
2. Complete Relevant External Training
