WEEK ONE CHECKLIST
Below is your week one checklist. Everything on this list needs to be completed within your first week at Keeley Companies. Click on a check mark to access the item.
Complete I9 with People Operations or Hiring Manager; Submit original tax forms & copies of identification.
Submit Bio to Emily Lynch at elynch@keeleyconstruction.com
Enroll & Start Fleet Defense if you will be driving a company vehicle at www.fleetdefense.com
Sign the Tobacco Use Affidavit & Spousal Surcharge within first week of your start date on UKG.
Send Resume to Melanie Molina at mmolina@keeleycompanies.com for use in proposals to clients.
Download the Redlist Mobile App. This mobile app will allow you to complete your required daily vehicle inspections. Please report any mechanical issues or needed repairs in the mobile app and the shop will reach out to you to arrange repair. You can also find your Insurance and Registration documents in the Redlist app, but you must download and have a working login.
