Stay on Top of Your Health - 2025 Physicals
Your well-being matters — and that starts with preventive care. Our medical plans cover one annual physical per 12-month plan year at no cost to you. You don’t have to wait a full year from your last visit — as long as your exam falls within the current plan year, you’re covered. DOT physicals also count if completed during the current plan year, even if your certificate is valid for two years. Don’t have a primary care doctor? Rightway can help you find an in-network provider and even schedule your appointment — all at no cost to you.
For those in the St. Louis Metro Area, you can also take advantage of a free physical exam through our Marathon Health benefit — another easy, convenient way to stay proactive about your health.
Marathon Health is a primary care clinic that has multiple locations serving Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana team members. Another perk for Marathon is that it is not open to the public, only team members whose employer offers this access can go to specified locations.

Our Employee Assistance Program
EVERY Keeley'n and their family can access the EAP. This Program is a team member benefits program that assists team members with personal and work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. SupportLinc counselors can help you and your family understand your fears, grief, normalize concerns, and identify coping mechanisms during uncertain times.
