Through our partnership with Maryville University, Keeley’ns will have access to a growing library of self-paced, accredited professional development courses designed to build practical skills you can apply immediately—no matter your role or AEOS level.


What’s available?


We’re continuing to publish new courses through 2026. Once fully released (expected by the end of Q2 2026), Keeley’ns will have nearly 90 self-paced professional development courses available at no cost.

Time commitment and flexibility

Each course is designed to be manageable alongside day-to-day work:

  • Estimated completion time: ~4 weeks per course
  • Once enrolled, you have up to 180 days to complete each course

How to Get Started


Getting started is simple and flexible. Follow the steps below to explore and enroll in MaryvilleWorks professional development courses.


  1. Visit the MaryvilleWorks catalog: https://works.maryville.edu/browse/keeley
  2. Click KeeleyU Sign In Here in the middle of the page.
  3. Log in using your Keeley-provided email and SSO credentials.
  4. Use the Categories button on the right to explore courses by topic.

Reach out to your supervisor and they can help get the process started.


How to Earn KeeleyU Credit


Because of how these courses are set up, MaryvilleWorks professional development courses are not automatically tracked in KeeleyU. However, logging your credit is quick and easy.


To receive KeeleyU credit:

  • Download your certificate of completion after finishing each course
  • Upload it to the External Training Credits section in KeeleyU
  • Make sure the course name is listed as:
  • MaryvilleWorks – (Full Course Name)
  • Each published course is approved for 30 hours of External Training Credit.

If you’re considering converting professional development coursework into an MBA pathway, you must first complete the KeeleyU + MaryvilleWorks MyMBA Information Session. This session outlines exactly what to expect and what steps to take next.

After meeting with a Maryville Advisor, you’ll know how many courses you would need based on your background (past education, time in the workforce, time in industry, etc.).


Cost to convert PD coursework to MBA-ready coursework

If you choose to pursue the MBA pathway, the cost to convert a professional development course into an MBA-ready course is: $200 per course

We know “MBA” can come with sticker shock—so it helps to put this in perspective. For example, published MBA cost estimates from Missouri universities can be tens of thousands of dollars for a full program, and national estimates often range higher depending on the school and format.
