KeeleyU-Hosted Maryville Certificate Programs

Build the skills that move your career forward—one program, one level, one step at a time.

These certificate programs combine Maryville coursework with KeeleyU-hosted virtual cohorts to help you turn learning into real-world application. With options aligned to different AEOS levels, you can choose the program that best supports where you are now—and where you want to grow next.




How It Works

Participation is simple and flexible. You will:


  1. Enroll in the KeeleyU course (your starting point for program details, steps, and cohort registration).
  2. Attend the Informational Session (highly encouraged) on March 12 to understand scope, time commitment, and expectations before you begin.
  3. Enroll in the Maryville course, where the online coursework takes place.
  4. Register for KeeleyU virtual cohorts (inside the KeeleyU course). Each cohort you attend provides additional training credits and helps reinforce application and accountability.

Program Options (by AEOS Level)

Project Management Certificate Program

Build momentum, strengthen execution, and learn how to drive work forward with clarity and confidence. This program equips participants with tools to plan projects, communicate updates, manage scope and risks, and deliver outcomes—whether you’re leading projects independently or contributing as part of a team.


Best for: Keeley’ns in an AEOS Emerging role who manage projects, are new to a PE/APM/PM role, or are preparing to move into one within the next year.

Leadership Certificate Program

Develop the mindset, presence, and capabilities of an impactful leader. This program strengthens the behaviors and decision-making skills needed to lead people, drive performance, and deliver results—while building trust, navigating change, and reinforcing inclusive leadership practices.


Best for: Keeley’ns preparing for an Operational Leader role within the next 12–18 months, or new/existing Operational Leaders looking to deepen leadership effectiveness.

Strengthen strategic thinking and business decision-making to expand your impact across Keeley. This program builds capability across finance, customers, data analytics, emerging technologies, and leading through change—helping participants confidently connect day-to-day decisions to business outcomes.



Best for: Keeley’ns preparing to move into a Strategic Leadership role (Director+) within the next 12–18 months, as well as new and existing Strategic Leaders.

Getting started is simple and flexible. Follow the steps below to explore and enroll in MaryvilleWorks professional development courses.

  2. Click KeeleyU Sign In Here in the middle of the page.
  3. Log in using your Keeley-provided email and SSO credentials.
  4. Use the Categories button on the right to explore courses by topic.

How to Earn KeeleyU Credit


Because of how these courses are set up, MaryvilleWorks professional development courses are not automatically tracked in KeeleyU. However, logging your credit is quick and easy.


To receive KeeleyU credit:

  • Download your certificate of completion after finishing each course
  • Upload it to the External Training Credits section in KeeleyU
  • Make sure the course name is listed as:
  • MaryvilleWorks – (Full Course Name)
  • Each published course is approved for 30 hours of External Training Credit.
