Team Member Banking & Investing Program

Eligible team members can qualify for the BofA Rewards Preferred Plus tier without the $30,000 balance requirement through the Employee Banking & Investing Program.


What’s Changing

  • On or about May 26, 2026, the Bank of America Preferred Rewards program will become BofA Rewards.
  • Team members in the Preferred Rewards Gold tier at transition will automatically move to Preferred Plus.
  • The standard $30,000 balance requirement for Preferred Plus is waived for program participants.


Eligibility

Team members can enroll if they:

  • Have an active Bank of America personal checking account, and
  • Receive payroll direct deposit into an eligible Bank of America account
