Our Standard Operating Procedures

We will be implementing an all-new AI-centric intranet where all SOPs will permanently live for day-to-day reference. This system will help team members quickly & easily access SOPs, resources, and other important information in an AI-focused and user-friendly platform. While we work to finalize that intranet implementation, this first round of finalized SOPs can be accessed by clicking the buttons below!

Our Standard Operating Procedures

The first 3 teams have created 5 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Estimating, Preconstruction, Job Setup, Planning & Job Start, and Scheduling. These SOPs are up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of companywide expectations of our processes. We are sharing these initial SOPs so Keeley’ns can begin to understand new expectations and familiarize themselves with these processes & guidelines.

Why do we need Standard Operating Procedures?

  • Capture the Best Practices and share these across our company.
  • Minimize project fade & maximize project gain.
  • Create clarity & consistency in our processes as we Onboard Team members.
  • For existing team members, create consistency in how we do business.
  • As we do more cross company PO1 projects, there will be standard processes that all team members will understand, regardless of their business unit.

What exactly is being delivered out of these efforts?


This is the first step in the rollout process! Keeley’ns can expect to receive a variety of communications from SOP teams and your group leadership as we roll out these initial SOPs and the many more currently in development. Over the coming weeks, be on the lookout for communications & training, KeeleyU Academy courses, and important information regarding accessing these SOPs.

AI-Searchable Platform

AI-centric system to house SOPs for easy searchability & access.


The system will also replace front-end elements of SharePoint.

KeeleyU Academy Course

An LMS course for each SOP will ensure knowledge is learned, applied, & measured while providing consistent messaging and supporting stronger onboarding.

Group-led Training & Comms

Based on the scale of changes coming out of each SOP, group-led training & communications will ensure teams understand exactly what is expected of them. 

System Optimization

For elements of SOPs that impact systems, we’ll optimize where possible and create support resources to drive process adoption within the system itself. (ex: CMiC + WalkMe)

Each SOP Champion & Team drives these deliverables with support from Exec Sponsors, Ascent, KeeleyU, IT, Change Management, and others.
