Change Order Mgmt

Learn how to effectively manage Potential Change Items (PCIs) and Owner Change Orders (OCOs) in CMiC. This course also teaches how to create, track, and approve changes to project scope and costs.

Document Mgmt

This session introduces team members in project management to the document management tools in CMiC, such as journals, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.

Subcontracts

Learn to create and manage subcontracts, as well as handle Subcontract Change Orders (SOCOs). This course also covers the overall lifecycle of a Subcontract from creation to execution in CMiC.

Job Setup

Learn how to input opportunity information and follow the process for initiating job setup to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity to active project.

Forecasting & JCR

Learn where to enter forecasts, the primary columns to focus on, and how to include unapproved PCIs in forecast totals. This course also covers how forecasted figures integrate into the JCR for monthly reporting and reviewing the entry of production quantities.
